The 773,000 square foot office complex and connecting 1,250 car parking garage located on Jacksonville’s Southbank was designed to enhance and be enhanced by its surroundings.

The cores of each tower which contain the mechanical equipment were located to the south for two reasons: southern exposure maximizes solar gain, and the southern view, mostly over land is the least desirable. These cores give unity to the massing of the building and visually anchor the bridge which spans the roadway below. The remaining 270° river views dictate a horizon tall window expression in the reflective green glass towers which capture both the Florida sky and gleaming St. Johns River.

The two tower complex houses computer and clerical operations. Over 50,000 square feet of computer space was incorporated into the original design.
