OCEAN CLUB VILLAS
The Ocean Club Villas are luxury ocean front condominiums at Amelia Island Plantation. Each tower consists of seven floors of residences above two floors of parking. Each unit has over 700 sf. of veranda to accommodate the spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean.
The buildings are cast in place concrete with an exterior insulating finish system (EIFS) over concrete masonry units.
