841 PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE CO.
In 1953 KBJ designed Florida's first high-rise office builing for the Prudential Insurance Company of America. The original facility, constructed in 1955, was available for extensive retrofitting in 1985. KBJ conducted a study of the upgrades required in order for the building to remain a first class office facility for the next 30 years. The design and construction encompassed the entire building from top to bottom, inside and out.
