KBJ has developed a reputation as one of the regions leading full service architectural and interior design firms. We currently employ a staff of 40 including 15 registered professionals with strong administrative, technology, finance, office management, and intern support.
Our office is organized in teams, each headed by one of our three working principals who handle the project from inception to completion. Team members are also required to follow a project throughout completion, which provides project continuity, insures personnel availability, and establishes pride, responsibility, and commitment from the beginning of a project.
KBJ's teams are energetic and creative. They are diverse, with many different backgrounds in education and design experience. The office atmosphere and space is conducive to comradery among our staff. We are friends at work as well as outside the office too.
